The cottage L'erdre au moulin with step-free access and interior is located in Joué-sur-Erdre and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 220 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 4 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 14 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: air conditioning and towels.
This accommodation boasts a private outdoor area complete with an open terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Guests of this property enjoy access to a shared garden. The cottage is set 1 km from the village with local shops and restaurants, 6 km from Vioreau lake suitable for sailing and fishing, 10 km from a canal from Nantes to Brest, and 35 km from Nantes with museums, cinemas, and Les Machines de L'Ile (an artistic and cultural highlight). 8 parking places are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events with up to 50 participants are allowed. Guests should be aware that they assume personal responsibility for accessing the river. Guests are expected to respect the rules of separate waste collection.

Le gîte est très bien aménagé, tant d’un point de vue fonctionnel que deco. Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins ! Un très beau jardin et de belles balades aux alentours. Parfait pour un we en famille ou entres amis
