Home to the iconic Eiffel Tower, this area offers a refined atmosphere and picturesque streets lined with beautiful buildings.

For history enthusiasts, a visit to the nearby Musée de l'Armée, located at the iconic Les Invalides, is an absolute must.
With its charming parks and convenient location, the 7th arrondissement is the perfect base for discovering the magic of Paris. ## Getting around Closest Metro Stations: 1. La Tour-Maubourg (Line 8) - 5 minutes walk 2. Invalides (Line 8,13, RER C) - 10 minutes walk Closest Railway Stations: 1. Gare de Paris Montparnasse - 2,6 km 1. Gare du Nord - 6,2 km 2. Gare de Lyon - 7,7 km Directions from Airports: Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost). ## Notes The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival.
In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. ## Services Tailoring each visit to our guest’s needs, our mission is to make your stay unique and memorable, and to give you the best possible experience.

The place is perfect for anyone who wants to see the Eiffel Tower every time they step out in the morning or return home in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, and all the necessary appliances are provided. I really enjoyed my stay here.
