A small 57-square-meter apartment in a quiet, old fishermen's neighborhood.
It's on the second floor of a terraced house and has an outside balcony that runs the length of the house.
It is a 30-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the best beaches in Caparica.
There are several good restaurants nearby, including Mc Donalds, as well as supermarkets for shopping.
It's simply decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a good vacation.
Your well-being is my priority.

A cozy, bright, quiet space with everything you need to spend a few days near the beach.

The whole apartment is at your disposal.

It is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.40 m x 1.90 m, and the other with two small beds, it also has a baby bed and chair which is available on request.
There is a work area with a desk, chair and lamp.
There is a new bathroom with a shower which has been completely refurbished.
A living room with a TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hand blender and mixer.
