The holiday apartment "Strandhaus Seeblick Binz 13" impresses with its exceptional location directly on the beach of Binz.
The 87 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
A communal sauna is also available.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided. The apartment offers access to a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace.
It is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or as a starting point for numerous excursions on the island of Rügen.
Recommended sights include the pier, the "Rasende Roland" (a historic steam railway), the Prora treetop path, the Granitz hunting lodge, and a family-friendly attraction in Zirkow. Parking space no. 13 in the underground garage (double parker: 1.65 metres high, max. load 2,000 kg, max. car length 5 metres) is available on request for an additional fee.
Families with children are very welcome.
Up to 2 pets are allowed (for an additional fee).
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
A storage room for motorcycles and bicycles is available. The accommodation has guidelines for correct waste separation.
