The holiday apartment "Strandhaus Seeblick Binz 13" boasts an exceptional location directly on the beach in Binz.
This 87 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 6 people.
Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
A shared sauna is also available on the premises.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided. This apartment also offers access to a private outdoor space with a garden and a terrace. The property can be a beautiful destination for a restful beach holiday or a perfect starting point for one of the numerous excursions on the island of Rügen.
It is recommended to visit the pier, Racing Roland (a historic steam railway), Prora treetop trail, Granitz Hunting Lodge (a historic hunting lodge situated in the Granitz forest on the island of Rügen), and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf (a family-friendly attraction in Zirkow). Free parking in the underground garage (double parking: 1.65 meters high, with a maximum payload of 2,000 kg for a maximum car length of 5 meters). Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
