Located directly on the beautiful beach of Binz, the holiday apartment "Villa Seeblick Binz 03" offers you a wonderful view of the nearby sea.
This cosy and inviting 127 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
A shared sauna is also available.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided.
You have access to a private outdoor area: a garden, a furnished terrace and a balcony.
The accommodation is a great destination for a relaxing beach holiday or a perfect starting point for excursions on the island of Rügen.
Recommended sights include the pier, the Rasende Roland (a historic steam railway), the Prora treetop path, the Granitz hunting lodge and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in Zirkow.
A parking space in the underground garage (double parker: 1.65 metres high, maximum load 2,000 kg, maximum car length 5 metres) is available on request and for an additional fee.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
The accommodation offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
There are guidelines for proper waste separation, further information is available on site.

der zugewiesene Parkplatz für die Wohnung ist nur für PKWs in Trabi-Grösse geeignet ,wir mußten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage extra mieten und bezahlen,dies wurde in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt,wir wurden
vor Ort vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt und das hat uns sehr verärgert,sodaß wir diese Wohnung bestimmt
nicht noch einmal mieten.

Gerade im Herbst gefällt uns Rügen am besten. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht . Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren immer super schnell am Strand. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage zum Strand ist hervorragend. Wir waren als Paar mit Hund unterwegs und von daher war der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten sind super bequem und toll ist, dass es ein großes Bad gibt und zusätzlich ein Gäste WC. Nicht so toll fanden wir, dass unser Auto n...
