Located in Bellagio, the holiday apartment Baita Treeb Tramontana offers guests a fantastic view of Lake Como.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available. Enjoy the private outdoor amenities including a garden, open terrace, and barbecue.
Starting in June, a Finnish wooden hot tub, heated and suitable for hot, cold or cryotherapy baths, will be available for communal use in the outdoor garden, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. The accommodation is located in Civenna, a mountain village in Bellagio where you can find servaral shops including a pharmacy, a greengrocer, a tobacconist, a supermarket with butcher and 3 bars.
There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The host offers a variety of experiences, including excursions, cooking classes, and e-bike tours.
Guests staying at the property receive a 10% discount on these activities. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. An Ebike is provided for a supplement. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
