The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und modern eingerichtet. Alles befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders gelungen sind das großzügige Bad und die wohnliche Küche. Reisende mit kleinen Kindern oder einem Haustier sollten beachten, dass die Treppe nach unten nicht über ein Schutzgitter verfügt.
