Located in Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello, the holiday home Castiglioncello Mare Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. This property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The veranda at the entrance of the apartment is for private use.
The entire garden is shared and features an outdoor shower and barbecue.
There is also small shed for bikes. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is 600 meters / 7 min. walk from the beach, both equipped and free. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property.
