The location is very quiet at the edge of a small residential area.
In the immediate vicinity, you can go for walks, hikes or bike rides on forest paths, or simply relax in nature.
Enjoy the peace, the greenery and the large garden.
The entire property covers 2400 m² and is available for your exclusive use. Children are very welcome and can play and romp in the garden to their heart's content.
The 83 m² bungalow is on one level and accessible without steps.
The fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a separate reading room, three bedrooms and a bathroom offer space for five people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer.
The house is heated with marble infrared heaters and is suitable for allergy sufferers.
In bad weather, children can watch TV separately, as there are three TVs in the accommodation.
