This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
A shared gym, gym equipment, and a shared sauna are also available on the premises.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided.
Moreover, there is a fireplace on site. Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to a stunning private outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a whirlpool, as well as a shared heated indoor pool. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. There is a token system at the entrance to the spa to activate the steam bath and sauna.
You can exchange coins or banknotes for tokens using the change machine (no credit cards accepted). Outdoor hot tub: available from 1 April to 30 October at no extra cost, with the possibility of booking it for private use for half an hour a day. Please note that the awning may only be opened during the day (when it is sunny).
It is essential to close the awning completely during the night and in rain or wind or if guests are not at home. If the awning is left open during the night, in bad weather or when guests are not at home and this results in the arms or the awning fabric breaking, the guest shall be held liable for the damage. The property offers a welcome pack with essentials to ensure guests are not inconvenienced upon arrival.
Please note that these items are designed for the first day of arrival and are NOT intended to cover the needs of the entire stay. The communal wellness area is shared with the other guests of the residence, but it is possible to reserve it for private use for one hour per day.
