Located in Urbanización Novo Santi Petri, the holiday apartment Altamar has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This property boasts a private outdoor space with a covered terrace, perfect for relaxation.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area featuring a fenced pool, a garden, and an outdoor shower. The host recommends visiting the beach of La Barrosa, the coves of Roche, the fishing port of Sancti Petri and enjoying the water activities in Sancti Petri, including kayaking and boat trips to the castle of Santi Petri.
Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Guests must leave the house tidy and clean upon departure and must respect the neighbors' rest. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
