The accommodation consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room.
Free Wi-Fi, home office space, smart TV, and air conditioning are available in every room.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
The Etruscan basement is accessible as a place for meditation or relaxation.
Public transport is within walking distance, and nearby you will find restaurants, ice cream shops, wineries, and bars ideal for breakfast.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted.
Recycling bins and a card for accessing public waste containers are provided.
