The detached vacation home Villa delle Rose with its sunny garden is located outside a small hamlet, 1 km from town in a unique position: quiet and isolated from the hustle and bustle of the lively coast, the country house stands on a natural viewing platform with unique all-round sea views over the bay of Porto Maurizio to the Gulf of San Lorenzo.
A dreamlike oasis of peace in a blooming garden.
At the same time you are only 2 km away from the center of the coastal town of Imperia Porto Maurizio with its pedestrian market, picturesque harbor, restaurants and fine sandy beaches.
The house stands in a solitary position in a fenced plot in the olive groves.
On 120 m² of interior space you will find on the first floor the spacious entrance area, the well-equipped open kitchen with the cozy living area with fireplace and TV corner.
In the back of the house there is the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and two bedrooms (1x with double bed 160x200 and 1x with 2 single beds 90x200).
The upper floor of the house is not inhabited.
The large, well-kept garden offers sunny lawn and shady spots.
From everywhere you have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
A garden pavilion with barbecue and dining area and lounge area provides shade and weather protection.
For our guests there are deck chairs, sun loungers, a garden shower, no wishes are left unanswered for sun worshippers.
There is plenty of space for everyone to play and relax.
Four-legged guests are also welcome here and make relaxing vacations in the fenced garden. (Please note, however, when vacationing with children, that some terraces and stairs are not secured with railings).
Two cars have space in the private parking space in front of the house within the grounds.
The comfortable gas central heating also makes relaxed vacations on cooler days possible.

Fantastisches, riesiges Grundstück mit Traumblick und total eingezäunt...für uns mit 2 Hunden äußerst angenehm und wichtig! Das Haus ist insgesamt schön, die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer ist speziell! - Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The warm welcome from the owner! Such a lovely lady. The stunning views from the garden! The quiet although in a very busy area. The house was big enough. Our dog was allowed in the garden. The house is well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.
