Citra: 01 0007-LT 0490 Just a few meters from the world famous seafront of Camogli, Mare blu is the link between water and sky. Three waterfront terraces and a private access to the sea form the soul of this exclusive domicile.
Here, inside as outside, you will float in the blue of the sea and the sky, listening only to the waves and seagulls. The house belongs to a family of famous Italian journalists and for many years it was the meeting place of both the intellectual and the elegant society.
Important discussions and celebrations were held here and many details still remind us of this exciting time.
You enter the townhouse into the elegant living area with exquisite paintings and lovingly assembled art. But the view wanders outside, through the large panoramic windows directly onto the blue Mediterranean Sea. Here you live in harmony with the sound of the sea. Open the panorama doors and enjoy the closeness of the water, as nothing separates you from the waves of the sea. The well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom are also on this level.
In the basement there is the so-called library, a tribute to the thinkers who animated this house.
Here you will find many books but also various seating areas and another sleeping accommodation.
Large panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with dining area, the absolute highlight of the house.
You have here a private access to the sea directly from your terrace.
The house is located on a cliff and a steep path has been cut into the rock, which is not accessible to the public.
Only the residents of the building have access from their terrace.
The water here is of a pristine clarity that is rarely found on public beaches.
Enjoy this unique atmosphere of having the Mediterranean Sea all to yourself! Two comfortable double bedrooms ( 160x200), one with air conditioning on the upper floor, two bathrooms and another balcony offer plenty of space for four to five guests.The house has a parking space for vehicles with a maximum size of 4.50m high x 1.70m wide.
If your vehicle is too big, you can drive up to the house to load and unload and then have to use the public parking space or book a parking space separately in a nearby garage.
We are happy to help. In Mare Blu you can have a comfortable vacation without needing a car. Not only the restaurants, the supermarket and the famous promenade of Camogli are reached in a few minutes walk, but also the port, where the ships leave for the Cinque Terre, Genoa, Portofino and the surrounding towns and the train station with its many connections are within walking distance.

Die Lage des Hauses Mare Blu mit dem herrlichen Blick ist unsagbar gut. Auch die Nähe zum Ort mit den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen ist toll, ebenso, dass man das Auto auch für Ausflüge nicht benötigt.

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und es fehlt an nichts! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Der eigene Meerzugang ist anspruchsvoll und nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns hat er super getaugt.
