Son Bou Gardens Sup recently refurbished with A/C, ideal for families with children, built in Mediterranean style.
With swimming pools and delightful gardens, these flats are located in the lower part of San Jaime, just metres from shops and Son Bou beach.
With a total of 420 flats, it is divided into three spacious areas, each with its own swimming pool, although all are available to guests staying in other areas of the complex.
Additional services and activities are offered: bars, restaurants, supermarket, children's play area, diving centre, tennis courts, medical centre and various shops.
It is important to mention that certain features may vary from one property to another, although they all have the same basic requirements.
Likewise, not all the services in the complex are managed by Menorca Rentals, so we cannot guarantee that in the low season all of them will be available.
All are south facing and are either ground floor with covered terrace or first floor with sun terrace.
The living-dining room and kitchen are open plan and are simply furnished with all the basics, i.e. cutlery, crockery, utensils, etc.
These apartments have two bedrooms; the first is a twin-bedded double room with access to a neat little back terrace and the second is smaller although again with two individual beds.
Both have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning in the main bedroom, a washing machine and ceiling fans.
They also have a bathroom with bath and its shower accessory, washbasin and WC.
At our Reception you will find safe boxes, changing rooms with showers and storage for suitcases. Guests wishing to use the swimming pools on the complexes may be asked to make a purchase in the adjoining snack bar ( drinks or food / sunbed or parasol rental) Starting from the 2025 season, we have updated the access conditions for the complex’s swimming pools to enhance the guest experience.
The Son Bou Beach Club pool, located on Carrer des Prat, will be free of charge for all guests staying with Menorca Rentals.
Guests will still have access to the other pools within the complex; however, a minimum charge for entry or on-site consumption may be required.

L'appartement était bien conforme aux photos. Il est facile de s'y garer (en septembre ). La plage est à 10 min à pied. quelques commerces à 5 min.
Très bon accueil, c'est très agréable.
Comme d'autres, je regrette de ne pas avoir trouvé de sel, de poivre, d'huile... On vient en avion et pour 1 semaine. Il serait pratique d'en trouver comme dans d'autres locations.

Gostámos em primeiro lugar da urbanização onde está localizado o apartamento, junto á praia. O apartamento estava equipado e tudo funcionava em condições de ser utilizado. Por ficar num res chão, o alpendre e o relvado eram locais muito usados para convívio familiar. O apartamento tinha a casa de b...
As camas e colchões com bastante uso, não cumpriam as suas funções e não eram cómodas.
No quarto mais pequeno as camas são realmente pequenas, talvez 1,80mt, não servem para pessoas, neste caso filho com maior altura. Falta de alguns acessórios na cozinha.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour. Location très agréable bon emplacement avec une vue dégagée. Le rez de jardin est super. Toutes les commodités à côté. Petit point négatif sur les matelas qui mériteraient d'être changer
