- Shower room with toilet and sink.
- Pantry with washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
- Air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm electric bed, closets, and TV.
- Bedroom with a 90cm mezzanine bed and a 140cm sofa bed.
- Bathroom with sink and bidet.
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
Beautiful terrace with garden furniture – Sun awning – Free parking in the residence. One small pet under 10 kg allowed.
Residence with a private swimming pool open from April 15 to October 15, from 8:30 [hidden] to 9:00 [hidden] and a paddling pool – Communal tennis courts nearby.
Towels and sheets are not provided.
We work with a laundry service that can provide what you need; ask us for the laundry form.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be agreed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter reading.
