The vacation home "Stella Marina" boasts a convenient location near the beach in Anzio.
This 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed with side rails), and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Additionally, this vacation home features private terraces equipped with a washbasin. The property is located close to the beach, a supermarket, and an ATM. Paid parking is available in front of the building, and free parking is available nearby. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the afternoon and nighttime quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 2 pm to 4 pm and after midnight). The following services are available upon request (for a fee): extra cleaning, rental of sunbeds and umbrellas at the closest bathhouse, boat trips, visits to affiliated restaurants, and hairdressing. Heating with heat pumps.
If needed, a portable stove or heat diffuser can be provided.
