With views of the Alps, the Gilf Gorge, the Passer River, and the city of Merano, the holiday apartment Levita Living Anima impresses with its fantastic panorama.
The apartment is located directly on the Tappeinerweg and in close proximity to the center of Merano, the Merano Thermal Baths, and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff. The tastefully furnished, 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, offering space for up to five people.
Amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, a 55-inch TV with satellite reception and streaming service, underfloor heating, two air conditioners (one in each bedroom), a washing machine, a dryer, ironing facilities, and a dishwasher. You have access to a private outdoor area with two covered balconies.
The entire house is built on a rock, so you can enter the apartment at ground level from the back, while still being on the fourth floor.
The outdoor areas are furnished for dining and relaxing.
Public transport is within walking distance.
A private parking space is available directly at the house; bread roll service is available on request (for an extra fee).
The accommodation offers a lockable storage room for bicycles or larger sports equipment. Families with children are warmly welcome.
Pets are allowed (for an extra fee).
