The villa is located in Mondragon and provides the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning and a washing machine.
This property offers a private outdoor area including a small garden, a swimming pool, a covered terrace.
It's a small, dry garden with artificial turf and no protective railings or fences.
The pool is not in operation from the end of October to the end of April. earby recommendations include the Roman city of Orange, the city of the Popes Avignon, the Sautadet waterfalls, kayak rental nearby to enjoy the Ardèche river, the wine route, the castles of Suze la Rousse and Grignan as well as the troglodyte village of Barry in Bollene.
The area also has many hiking trails. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. 1 pet is allowed.
However, it will need to stay outside.
Children should never be left unsupervised in or near the swimming pool.
A security roller shutter is on the swimming pool.
Cleaning, except for the kitchen, is included.
The trash cans should be thrown away in the sorting area 80m away in the hamlet.
Smoking and partying is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
The neighborhood is quiet, please respect the neighbors.
Bed linen is provided but the beds are not made.
Wi-Fi is available.
Please do not allow pets on the sofa or beds. - Train station shuttle Payment 30,00 € per person per ride

Merci à Patricia pour son accueil ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille - de 0 à 65 ans - et tous ont apprécié leur séjour au calme dans cette belle région. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et la salle de bain individuelle pour chaque chambre est un vrai plus !

La maison était très bien placé. Les propriétaires étaient très hospitaliers et très sympa. Nous n’avons pas été déçu et nous reviendrons probablement. Très bon accueil et une mention spéciale pour la politesse de la femme de ménage et de la propriétaire qui était disponible pour chaque question.
