About this home: La maison de l'Aber is located in a magnificent setting, with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Douarnenez and the Aber Island.
Located near the beach and the GR34, it has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have sea views, a large kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room.
It also includes 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a relaxation hall and a basement.
A sunny south-facing terrace overlooking the sea and a flower-filled garden with trees complete this pleasant place to live.
The apartment: Four bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 cm beds, the fifth with a 180x200 bed (or 2 x 90x200) and the last, the children's bedroom, with a 130x90 bed.
All rooms are fitted with storage furniture.
The 2 bathrooms include a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Both toilets are independent.
The kitchen, open to the dining room and terrace and fully equipped (ovens, refrigerator, induction hob....), is arranged around a central island.
The dining room can accommodate 8 to 10 people at table.
The living room, with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs, is equipped with a TV connected to a satellite receiver.
WiFI is available throughout the house.
The house also has a relaxation area upstairs, with table soccer, board games and a library for all ages.
A freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are installed in the basement, and beach and other games are available for children.
On the sunny terrace, a large table, chairs and other seating, parasols and a barbecue are at guests' disposal.
Traveler access: The house is entirely at the disposal of holidaymakers.
IMPORTANT: The accommodation must be returned as clean as you found it, otherwise a cleaning fee of 120e will be deducted from the deposit.

Das Haus ist mit viel Charme und Liebe eingerichtet, perfekt für 2-3 Familien.
Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch, die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch.

Ganz wundervolle Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung, herrlichem Ausblick und viel Platz. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Strand fussläufig erreichbar. In Crozon gibt es noch nicht so viele Touristen. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Wiche in diesem Ferienhaus.

Magnifique location tout etait parfait, beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles, tres bonne literie, très spacieux et vue magnifique je recommande vivement cette maison.
