On the first floor: two small bedrooms, each with a large bed and a TV. Both are air conditioned.
Closed terrace with garden furniture and awning.
A parking space in the residence closed by an automatic gate.

Swimming pool (7m x 3m) open July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
The residence has a swimming pool. If, however, it did not have to open for technical or sanitary reasons, the tenant would not be entitled to any reimbursement.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cot, high chair, tourist tax, animal supplement.
Pets allowed: only one animal allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking otherwise the animal will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.
