Located in Vitorchiano, the holiday apartment "Casetta dei Nonni" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Part of a historic building, the 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating as well as children's books and toys. The holiday apartment features a private balcony for relaxing evenings. The property is located right next to a small grocery shop, a take-away pizzeria and two restaurants. Free parking is available nearby. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 11 pm and be considerate of the neighbours. Air conditioning is not available. The accommodation is located on the upper floor. Breakfast is available upon request. Arrivals outside the regular check-in time are possible by prior arrangement with the host. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. Horse-riding lessons available upon request and for an extra fee. More information can be provided when booking. Hiking excursions in the surrounding area and lessons with birds of prey can also be organised.
