Located in Arbatax, the holiday home "Cara House Vista Mare" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home features 2 private terraces (open and covered).
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located just a short walk from Porto Frailis Beach and public transport links.
In addition, all essential services (including bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets) can be reached in a few minutes by car. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise, especially in the afternoon and during the night. Wi-Fi is not available. The main entrance is shared with the other guests in the building. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
