The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as vacation apartments, rooms, premises, other supplies and services are ordered and confirmed.
The reservation dates are binding for both parties to the contract.Cancellation policy sounds annoying and is annoying, but something can always come up.Cancellations are free of charge for more than 90 days before arrival, amount to 20% for 61 - 90 days before arrival, 50% for 30 - 60 days before arrival and 80% of the rental price for less than 30 days.
