Villa Conchi is a cosy 4-bedroom house located in a very quiet area just 8.5 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar, one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Brava! Full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars.. And all of this surrounded by beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters.

Outdoor area with swimming pool, built-in barbecue with a shaded terrace where you can enjoy pleasant meals and breakfasts.
Exterior parking for 1 car. Dining room with television and access to a large and charming terrace. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home! It has two rooms with 1 double bed each, one room with 2 single beds and one room with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen optional and with a supplement. Free Wi-Fi. - Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer. This property is only for families.
Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years old. - Bed linen and towels are not included.

très belle villa il manque des casseroles et des plats pour le four et la climatisation ou ventilateur en cas de grosse chaleur difficile de dormir et environnement canins bruyant 1 salle de bain pour le nombre de chambre un peu juste
