Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Erbacher - Gabi's Edel Suite" is located in Bozen/Bolzano.
The 69 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as air conditioning.
A washing machine and a dryer can also be used upon request.
On top of that, a private sauna, a shared gym with equipment and a shared lounge area are provided for your enjoyment. The holiday apartment features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a balcony.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated saltwater pool (open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, from the beginning of May to the end of September), a garden and an outdoor shower. The property is located within walking distance of a bakery, a supermarket and a bus stop with connections to the city centre. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Breakfast is available upon request and for a fee. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. 2 Ebikes and 2 regular bikes are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. A bread delivery service and guided tours of the farm are included. A Bozen/Bolzano Guest Card is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property.
