The holiday apartment La Dimora del Benessere in Noicattaro is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. There is the possibility to use the swimming pool of the complex with an extra cost to pay on site, only during July and August. ATTENTION: the swimming pool does not belong to the property.
It is a private, external pool located near the accommodation and access is subject to an additional fee. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the sea and as a proximity there is Polignano a mare and Monopoli.
Train station and bus stop are easily reachable from the property with direct connection with the city of Bari. One parking available in the residence for free (please ask the HO the exact number of the parking spot). Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Excellent communication with the host and constant support. From photos o thought more of a sea view, but that was limited. Nice apartment, but would have been nice to have pool access which was limited to months we were not there by our understanding
