The 89 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys. This holiday apartment offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is ideally located in the middle of an excellent hiking area, with the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser nearby, the ski bus within walking distance and the cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
The area is quiet and ideal for sports enthusiasts both in summer and winter. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
