A warm welcome! We offer you a bright, modern furnished and freshly renovated 2 room apartment for 1-4 persons in beautiful Weinheim.
The apartment has a separate entrance and is situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery.
The immediate proximity to the Exotenwald forest is ideal for cycling and hiking tours.
The historic market square and the old town are only a 15-minute walk away. The beds in the bedroom can be used as a double bed or, on request, as two single beds. Wi-Fi access is available to tenants free of charge during their stay. This is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
We attach great importance to offering our non-smoking guests an odorless environment. We also welcome fitters / craftsmen for longer periods of time We are a young family and would be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful city. The highway is only about 10 minutes away from the apartment.
The train station can be reached by car in approx. 6 minutes.
Nearby cities are Mannheim, Heidelberg and Frankfurt, which can be reached in a short time.
A bus stop can be reached from the apartment in about 5 minutes on foot.
The proximity to the forest makes it easy to go hiking from the apartment.
In addition to a great outdoor pool, the castle park, the Weinheim castles, the historic old town with shopping facilities and many restaurants and cafés are within walking distance.
The surrounding area also offers a wide range of activities.

Het is precies zoals op de foto's. Of zelfs nog beter. Van alle gemakken voorzien, superschoon en netjes, meer ruimte dan op de foto te zien is. Je zit geheel prive. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij waren hier om de omgeving te verkennen met de fiets. Heidelberg, Heppenheim, Schwetzingen, Speyer, Wor...

Diese Wohnung ist zu 100% empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt sogar Liegestühle auf der sonnigen Terrasse. Alles ist noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, und die Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus...
