Approximately 800 meters from the beach, within a holiday residence featuring a heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), tennis courts, a pétanque court, a playground, and shared green spaces, this pleasant, single-story, two-bedroom house offers approximately 45 square meters of living space.
It comprises a main room with a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave), a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard), and a lounge area (sofa, flat-screen TV). Wi-Fi access is available.
A hallway leads to two bedrooms, a separate WC, and a shower room (vanity unit, shower, and washing machine).
Bedroom 1: One double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe.
This bedroom opens onto a shared green space at the rear of the house. Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.
This bedroom opens onto the patio. The living room opens onto a lovely patio with garden furniture, a parasol, two armchairs, and an electric barbecue. One private parking space. This pleasant holiday home is well-equipped, comfortably furnished, and located 800 meters from the La Parée district with its beach, shops, and summer activities. At the "Fermes Marines" residence, you can enjoy a heated communal swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, table tennis, a children's playground, and even a mini-market (with a bread service) and a restaurant. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy! Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Tourist tax is not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€90), can be booked through the agency. Security deposit: €350 BY CREDIT CARD ONLY (pre-authorization). A cleaning deposit may be required. Certain elements of the contract may be unavailable (swimming pool, outdoor games, etc.) due to external events and/or events completely beyond the agent's control; the lessee will not be entitled to any compensation.
