With a view of the sea, the country house "Can Eolo" in Capdepera is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Welcome to our vacation rental with an enticing private outdoor space.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool, bask in the lush garden, unwind on the open terrace, find shade on the covered terrace, savor grilled delights on the barbecue, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy relaxing sea views while sipping a glass of iced tea. Artà is always worth a visit and the Tuesday farmer's market day is particularly recommended.
Cala Agulla, one of the most beautiful bays on the island is a must-see. Diving and Mero Diving Mallorca can be enjoyed in Cala Lliteres.
Capdepera Golf is recommended as well. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Celebrations and parties must be discussed in advance with the host. Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed. A cleaning service can be organized for a fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Fantastische Villa mit unbeschreiblichen Ausblick

Die Villa war super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig und wir hatten das Glück Delphine zu sehen. Wir haben eine fantastische Woche hier verbringen dürfen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus! Sehr geschmackvoll und besonders. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm.Viele Grüße und alles Liebe!
