Given the particularity of the accommodation, we advise against the arrival of 4 adults simultaneously because of privacy, space and quality of life.
This rental is an annex house located on the land of the owners who will not intervene and will not come into contact with the tenants. There is no opposite between the two houses.

- Living room air-conditioned and equipped with a sofa clic (140), armchair, TV and dining area
- Open american kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2 burner hob, microwave grill, coffee maker filter, etc...
- Bathroom with shower and sink
- Separate toilet

- Like a boat cabin with a double bed 140 (low ceiling) and a single bed 90, air conditioning
Outside:
- Laundry with washing machine
- Direct access to a wild cove : sandy beach
- Terraces equipped for lunch: dining and relaxing furniture, electric barbecue

- 1 parking space in the driveway secured by a gate

Opening and delivery times:

If you wish to arrive outside these times, it is imperative to check before booking.

- Baby kit (limited quantities) : 30 € made available the 1st item + 10€/extra item, to choose from:

Not included (mandatory):
- Security deposit: 500€ per credit card only
- *Residence tax: 7.2% of the total amount of the rental tax (up to 6.05€ per night and per person aged 18+).
