This charming rustic cottage, located just 5 minutes drive from the famous beach of Es Trenc, is the perfect place to experience the authentic Mallorcan summer.
It is located in "Ses Colonies", an area of villas and chalets only 2 minutes drive from Colonia de Sant Jordi and the main avenue where you will find stores and restaurants.
The house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and all the amenities you could wish for, along with a second bedroom with two single beds.
There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower; and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and TV.
The cottage has air conditioning in all three rooms.
And the most impressive thing about Buganvilla Es Trenc is its natural environment.
With a lush garden full of vegetation and a refreshing private pool, as well as an outdoor shower, hammocks and garden furniture, and bbq.
You will have everything you need to enjoy the outdoors and the Mallorcan sun in total privacy and comfort.
The parking is located on the street side of the house, with direct access through the garden entrance door very easily.

Da es 1-2 km vom Ortszentrum entfernt ist, ist es dort herrlich ruhig, aber nicht einsam. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, uns im tollen Pool zu erfrischen und die Nähe zum Strand von Es Trenc zu haben.
Wir hatten wunderschöne entspannte Tage!

Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat auch immer mal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Lage ist optimal. Die Orte Ses Salines oder Colonia de Sant Jordi sind schnell für einen Einkauf oder zum Essen gehen erreichbar. Der sehr gepflegte Garten -mit Liebe zum Detail- mit den vielen Palmen, Oliven sowie dem Pool luden zum Entspannen ein.
Die Gartenliegen könnten komfortabler sein!

Piscine peu profonde (on a pied partout) mais température idéale ! Propreté irréprochable de la villa qui est vraiment conforme aux photos. Propriétaire respectueux de notre intimité, a déplacé la camera de surveillance qui donnait sur le portail sur simple demande car elle donnait aussi sur le jardin de la propriété. Accueillant et disponible.
Quelques endroits du jardin un peu moins bien cachés du vis à vis mais globalement très acceptable.
