Haus liegt direkt hinterm Deich mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und nur ca. 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Das Haus ist noch sehr jung und daher top gepflegt.

Das Haus hat eine großzugige Raumaufteilung.
Der Blick aufs Wasser ist klasse.
Das große Messerset sollte, mit einer besseren Qualität, erneuert werden. (Griffe teilweise defekt)
Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört nur ein PKW-Stellplatz, bei einer möglichen Belegung mit 6 Personen reicht das in der Hochsaison nicht aus.
