The holiday apartment "Serrino 2" in San Marcello Piteglio offers a peaceful and secluded location with stunning views of the surrounding hills.
The 2-storey property has ceilings with exposed wooden beams and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. The property offers a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from the last week of May to the first week of September, depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located 10 km from San Marcello Pistoiese and 40 km from Pistoia and the Monte Cimone ski resort.
Furthermore, the surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please remember to dispose of all waste before your departure. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site.
