Located in Florence, the holiday apartment "Olive Garden Loft - Settignano" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Part of a country house, the 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (the beds are 140 cm x 200 cm and 120 cm x 180 cm) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The apartment has an appurtenant space close by, about 50 m away, for exclusive use in the middle of an olive grove consisting of a gazebo (dimensions 5x3 metres) with a table and chairs. The gazebo is equipped with a side curtain and mosquito nets, it is not equipped with an electrical system but a rechargeable lamp is provided for dining or staying out in the evening.
The holiday apartment is located just a short walk from Villa Gamberaia and its gardens. Furthermore, the property is surrounded by an impressive 5 ha of private land with an olive grove.
A parking space is available on the property.
