The cozy 1-room apartment (approx. 30 m²) with south/west-facing terrace and garden furniture is located in the owners' house in the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, where you can relax surrounded by greenery.
A flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player and free WiFi provide entertainment.
The small kitchenette includes a 2-zone ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
The double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the modern bathroom with real glass shower, washbasin and WC offer comfort.

Your bicycles and suitcases can be stored in the garage and the beds are made on arrival.
