The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. The property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property enjoys a quiet location on a peninsula with little traffic or noise.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities and the Drau cycle path is only 500 m away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to access. Beach/pool towels are provided.
