Located in Icod de los Vinos, the vacation home "Casa Alsa Beach" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The accommodation features 2 private open terraces for relaxing evenings. The property is located within walking distance of San Marcos Beach, restaurants, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a bus stop.
Furthermore, a shopping area can be reached in 7 minutes by car, while the Teide National Park is 1 hour away. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. External guests who are not included in the reservation are not admitted. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 11 pm. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access. Beach/pool towels are provided. Rental cars are available. Guests receive a discount at the nearby Territorio Fitness Icod gym (please contact the host). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Küchenausstattung sollte überprüft werden. Da fehlt es an der einen oder anderen Stelle an Kochutensilien.
