The holiday apartment Sivella is located in Port de Pollença and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 47 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The host can arrange a shuttle service to/from the airport, as well as special car rental rates without excess for a supplement.

Second year for us in this particular apartment, the location suits us down to the ground , opposite the beach . At the quite end of town but with good restaurants within 5 minute walk
Apartment is a good size for 2 people, even the bike fits in nicely

My wife & I absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect location for access to the local bars, restaurants and beach.
Watching the sunrise in the morning with 1st cup of coffee just 👌🌅
Then off cycling and/or running ☀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🏃♀️🇪🇸
A brand new flat superbly located

We entered a brand new flat but nobody to welcome us ( keys in a key box ), not a single sheet of toilet paper , not a bottle of water in a town where you can't drink tap water , and a wrong WiFi Code. Minimun dishes ( only 6 main plates ... ! ) Only phone contacts with the agency in charge.
