Located in Morgex, the vacation home "Maison La Truite" occupies a part of a trout farm and offers guests a splendid Alpine view.
This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people.
Available amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Guests should be aware that the on-site fireplace is not usable. This vacation home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, 4 balconies, and a barbecue. The property is set within one driving minute (or a short walking distance) of essential services and public transport links.
It takes 10 minutes to get to QC Terme, and Skyway Mont Blanc is 15 minutes away.
Cross-country and downhill ski resorts such as La Thuile, Arpy, and Courmayeur can be reached in 25 minutes by car. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. The property has a motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Dog owners are to keep their pet away from the indoor area at all times during their stay.
There is a fenced outdoor area and a special wooden kennel for this purpose. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Guests should be aware that barbecuing is only allowed in summer. Locally produced trout and wine are available (for a fee). Summer fishing sessions and special events can be organized upon request. Nous avons été très bien reçu à notre arrivée. La maison est bien adaptée pour le nombre que nous étions. La pièce de vie est agréable. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour rayonner dans la région. C'est une tres belle région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Our host was great - very helpful & friendly. However, the property was difficult to find as it’s next to an industrial site and on a main road. We struggled to get our vehicle in & out of the driveway around the other businesses cars. The kitchen was well stocked and functioned well, bedrooms were ...
