Located in Morgex, the vacation home "Maison La Truite" occupies a part of a trout farm and offers guests a splendid Alpine view.
This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people.
Available amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Guests should be aware that the on-site fireplace is not usable. This vacation home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, 4 balconies, and a barbecue. The property is set within one driving minute (or a short walking distance) of essential services and public transport links.
It takes 10 minutes to get to QC Terme, and Skyway Mont Blanc is 15 minutes away.
Cross-country and downhill ski resorts such as La Thuile, Arpy, and Courmayeur can be reached in 25 minutes by car. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. The property has a motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee).
Dog owners are to keep their pet away from the indoor area at all times during their stay.
There is a fenced outdoor area and a special wooden kennel for this purpose. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Nice and welcoming house, kind and proactive owner. Unluckily we found this house in a hurry as a concequence of the cancellation of the previoulsy booked one in La Salle. The insurance I paid for the first house booked was not refunded yet.

Our host was great - very helpful & friendly. However, the property was difficult to find as it’s next to an industrial site and on a main road. We struggled to get our vehicle in & out of the driveway around the other businesses cars. The kitchen was well stocked and functioned well, bedrooms were ...
