Situated in Koserow, the holiday apartment "Haus Seeadler 8" is just a short walk from the beach.
The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot is also available. The holiday apartment offers a shared outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. Nearby recommendations include the theme park Karls Erlebnis-Dorf, the Ostseetherme spa on Usedom with its pools and sauna, boat trips along the coast, the pier, the permanent exhibition at the Otto Niemeyer-Holstein Museum and the Historical-Technical Museum in Peenemünde. Furthermore, public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Guests receive personalised spa cards upon arrival. Dass man, wie beschrieben, in 2 Minuten an der Ostseeküste verweilen kann und unsere 2 Chihuahua Mädels so herzlich aufgenommen wurden.
Alles war prima und genauso wie erwartet, wir kommen wieder!

Soweit in Ordnung
Es gab keine Gläser ( Weingläser, Besteck knapp bemessen.
Was uns sehr gestört hat, diese zu kleine Couch für 2 Personen, es wäre Platz für eine etwas größere.
Das Bad etwas altbacken, Toilettendeckel ohne Absenkautomatik unpraktisch

Uns hat besonders die gute Lage gefallen.
Wir waren mit 2 Hunden unterwegs und es waren nur kurze Wege zum Wald und zum Strand.
Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten .
Wir werden vielleicht im nächsten Jahr im Februar wieder kommen.
Das Einzige, womit wir Probleme hatten, war das schmale Bett. Der Schlafkomfort war nicht optimal.
