The holiday apartment "Haus Seeadler Wohnung 12" is conveniently set close to the beach in Koserow.
This 45 m property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property offers access to a cozy shared outdoor area with a furnished open terrace and barbecue facilities. Public transport links are within walking distance of the apartment.
Recommended activities and destinations include Karls-Erbbeer-Erlebnishof, Koserow Ostsee Usedom thermal baths, swimming and sauna world, boat trips from the pier, Atelier Otto Niemeyer-Holstein (a permanent exhibition), and Historical Technical Museum Peenemünde. Man hat es nicht weit zum Strand und zur schönen Seebrücke .
Gaststätten sind auch sehr gut und nicht weit.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hunde waren erlaubt
Das Bett war schlecht. Die Matratze durchgelegen. Der Vermieter hat zugesichert, dass Matratze und Lattenrost im Winter ausgetauscht werden.

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist sehr alt und defekt. Insbesondere die Bett Matratzen und das gesamte Bad.
