Located in the beautiful low mountain range, this fully equipped non-smoking studio apartment offers a peaceful, almost secluded setting near the resort and herb village of Nagel.
Enjoy the natural swimming pond, spacious sunbathing lawn (FKK possible), and fresh air. The newly built "Hof Wiesengrund Alm" promises a memorable stay with a variety of activities. The 27 m² step-free accommodation features a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite TV, and a private terrace complete the amenities. A wallbox for electric cars is available for an extra fee. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present. The friendly morning sun fills this home with warmth and energy. The property’s natural swimming pond (also textile-free) with FKK sunbathing lawn and private trout pond (fishing possible) offer many leisure options.
Hike the local "Kösseine" mountain (936 m) or explore winding trails with mountain huts for a true nature experience.
For sports, health, and culture, enjoy cable cars, toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails at "Ochsenkopf," the Tröstau golf course, the unique Luisenburg open-air festival, the Bohemian spa triangle with Mariánské Lázně, the nearby Weißenstadt spa, and the Bad Elster royal spa. A visit to Bayreuth, the city of Richard Wagner, adds even more variety. Terraced, unmarked pitches are available for campers.
