The holiday home is located 2.5 km from the center of Madonna di Campiglio, in the Patascoss area, and offers direct access to the ski slopes.
The "3-Tre" World Cup slope can be reached on skis, including its easier variant.
The 35 m² property features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
It accommodates up to 3 guests, ideally 2 adults and 1 child, as the sofa bed is more suitable for a child.
A cot is also available.
You will enjoy a private garden and a parking space in the garage.
