Quiet location with 2 residential units, great views over the town, the castle to the sea from almost all rooms, up to 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, many terraces, 7 air conditioning/heating units, INCLUSIVE PRICE: WLAN, SAT-TV, water, gas, washing machine, incl. electricity also for air conditioning, sauna, pool heating bookable extra, surcharge per week. (November to March not bookable).
The accommodation:
UPPER APARTMENT: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath + WC, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, dining table inside for a maximum of 8 people. The main kitchen is on the upper living level with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher. Sea view from almost all rooms. Barbeque on the upper terrace. POOL LEVEL: THIS APARTMENT WAS BUILT WITH A LOT OF EXPANSION AS A ‘CAVE APARTMENT’ IN THE ROCKS, 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PERSONS, THE 3RD BEDROOM WILL BE OPENED ON THE POOL LEVEL! Living room with small kitchenette: Fridge-freezer combination, electric hob, oven. Air conditioning (cooling, drying, heating) available in the bedrooms. Fly screens in almost all bedrooms. Blue flag beaches. Many hiking opportunities on the Montgo and in the mountainous hinterland.
