The stylish 70 m² apartment is located in Goslar and spans two floors of a 130-year-old half-timbered house, accommodating up to 6 guests.
You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
The attic, accessible via an internal staircase, offers a combined living and sleeping area with a workspace and another bathroom.
Amenities include Wi-Fi up to 1000 Mbit/s (ideal for video calls), TV, video on demand, a baby cot, and a high chair. You can store your bicycles in the backyard.
Public parking is often available right in front of the house, and public transport is within easy walking distance. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 using natural materials—mainly wood, clay plaster on the walls, and wood treated with wax and oil.
The original charm is evident in many slanted corners and angles.
Depending on the weather, the timber frame may creak.
Slippers are provided for you and may be taken home.
For your safety, please always use the handrail, as the steps are uneven.
Please remove your street shoes on the landing to protect the wooden floors, and dispose of waste in the bins in the backyard.
Two unfinished attic rooms must not be entered, and wooden windows should be secured with hooks when open. A wood-fired pizzeria is two houses away.

+ Freundliche Gastgeber und Nachbarn.
+ Gut angebunden an den Stadtbus und Fußläufig zum Zentrum nicht sehr weit.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Haus und sehr schöne Einrichtung.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber haben alles dafür getan, dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt.
Sowohl der Check-In wie auch der Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert.
Es war sehr sauber und wurde für alles vorgesorgt, sodass man sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt hat.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, sehr zentral gelegen.
Gänzlich perfekte Ferienwohnung!
