The house is located on a hillside, just outside Elounda, with its lively harbour, traditional tavernas and bustling weekend market just 15 minutes' drive away. The resort is well-known for its 5 star hotels scattered along the coastline below. The centre of the resort is just a 15 minute drive away, with a sandy beach and a variety of waterfront restaurants and bars. Plus, Spinalonga Island, one of Crete's most famous tourist attractions, is also within 25 minutes' drive. You can get a boat across from the quaint village of Plaka, from Elounda Harbour or Aghios Nikolaos if you fancy a longer boat trip.
