## Space Close to shops and transports, this apartment is a perfect place to visit Montpellier and the area while staying in a peaceful place.
This nice villa, on two levels, consists of a living space of 80 sq. m and includes: - two sunny terraces, including one giving on a garden with barbecue, - a large and bright living room, - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), upstairs, - a bedroom with a double bed, upstairs, - a bedroom with a sofa-bed, downstairs, - an equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, blender, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher), - a bathroom with shower downstairs, - a bathroom with bathtub upstairs, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, baby bed, - TV, Wifi and AC.
Cars can be parked inside the house court. → A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Located in Bagatelle neighborhood, this accommodation is perfect if you want to visit the city and be able to enjoy all the animations, while staying in a calm and accessible area.
Thanks to the bus located just nearby, it will take you 20 min to join the city center and the beaches are only 15 km away.

L'espace, la localisation, les chemins de promenade juste à côté de la maison pour se balader avec le chien.
La saleté et le fait de devoir faire le ménage en arrivant alors qu'on paie une prestation. Tout l'électroménager était sale et gras, la chambre pleine de poussière, le frigo non lavé.

Le logement est idéal pour une famille nombreuses, le lieu est chaleureux on se sent comme chez soit (voir en Martinique clin d'œil à la déco), la climatisation est un plus en été, et tout les équipements de cuisine, barbecue rendent le séjour très appréciable.

Grande maison très fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien située ce qui nous a permis de visiter Montpellier sans faire trop de longs trajets .
Les draps et les serviettes sont un vrai plus afin de limiter les bagages.
La flexibilité des horaires a été un plus.
