Located in Lisbon, the holiday apartment "Atalaia Duplex" has everything you need for an unforgettable urban getaway.
This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A baby cot is also available. Moreover, this apartment features a private balcony. The apartment is situated close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, fado houses, and transport links such as a train in the direction of Sintra and a tram stop - all within 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
There are museums, public gardens, supermarkets, and various attractions in the surrounding area. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets or organizing parties without the host's permission, as well as smoking, are not allowed. Guests are asked not to wear outdoor shoes in the apartment (out of hygienic reasons, to avoid noise, and to maintain the condition of the wooden floors) and to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise between 10 pm and 8 am and on weekends). An electric vehicle charging station is available. Beach/pool towels are provided. Transportation to the airport, water and food delivery upon arrival, and other services are available upon request. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
